Companion form to Out of Order Is a Status, Not a Storage Room. A room returns to inventory through this gate or not at all. Three parts, in order; the status flips only when the sign-off line is complete. The room that comes back is not the room that left — inspect it as a stranger’s room.
Part 1 — the original failure, demonstrated fixed

- Trades damage swept for: floors, walls, tub, counters Compare against pre-work photos
- Climate control returned to standard setting; run one full cycle
- Accessible room: feature inventory pass completed Like-for-like verified on any replaced part
Part 3 — deep service, not a turn
- Full deep clean per GRS-C-04 Construction dust: above, behind, inside
- Water systems returned under the property’s water-management plan Follow approved flushing, temperature, exposure, and sampling procedure
- Full linen and terry exchange regardless of apparent state
- Final lamping check, all fixtures on, blackout run full travel
Sign-off
- All Part 1–3 items complete; open findings routed with work-order numbers
- Register line closed with date and name
- Status flipped by named authority only
