Guest Room Standard provides hotel furniture planning resources and a project inquiry form. This page describes the information used by those features.
Project inquiries
The form asks for your name, email address and project message. You can also provide a property location, approximate quantities and timing. The selected furniture focus and the page address are included with the submission so the inquiry has useful project context.
Submitting the form sends those details through Web3Forms, the form delivery service, to the configured Guest Room Standard destination. The details are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the project. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or other information that is unnecessary for that conversation.
The form displays a confirmation only when its delivery service reports success. If delivery is not confirmed, the page retains the entered details so you can review and try again.
Website analytics
The production website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and use of the inquiry form. A successful form submission can record a lead event with the form name; the website does not include the form message or contact fields in that event. Google Analytics can use cookies and process technical browser and visit information under its own policies.
Hosting and technical requests
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting and analytics providers can process information associated with website requests, such as the requested URL, IP address, browser information and request time. These services have their own processing practices.
